I think it is possible to have everyone survive, but There is a lot of RNG paired with good distracting to get that to work.
This was a while ago, but i was able to get the death count down to 1 guy and for me it was one of the more forgetable characters (literally cannot remember his name) but kuno and everyone else survived. I myself was curious about this and decided to save scum and see how i can make the battle turn out differently. Btw there are bodys of all fighting figures but they lack Kuno body, i had messege he died, his body is not there, well maybe in fact he is alive and also ran, but to some tavern with gain silver, not mill :P :D btw i like this game -)
Radzik tells me he will sent letter to enemy leader Zoul, well it might be difficult to deliver from his side, as i killed Zoul but Henry is too modest to tell he killed him already, well this is not satisfing so i will probably need to load the game tommorow. so i beated him, but i was almost dead at the end so it was emotional fight, next i drunk 5min healing elixir, meantime took loot, next killed 4 lasting mercenaries staying on battlefield which was very easy at that point, at the end i killed whole his 10+ band myself and I'm satisfied :) But game in talk with Radzik didn't saw that i killed enemy leader and only noticed as i would retreat of the fight when I tactically moved it to the mill.
Yeh same here, i will tell you my outcome: he (Kuno) was dead in like 3-4 seconds, the rest of the "band of bastards" similiar (first trying, not loaded save for now) so they attacked me with more then 10 man at once, so the only sensible think i could try to do was to run, when running i saw that closest building is mill so run there thinking i will be able to use it tactically to fight one or two at once and not thier whole team (later i could also check that 4 of them did not followed me to the mill), it worked only to some extent, more or less of time i had to fight 3 of them at once (one of them leader Hagen Zoul) but it was tricky fight for all sides because inside mill it wasn't enought space to make all of possible blows/strokes with weapon, first i was killing mercenaries and next i dueled Zoul, i prefered to fight him outside of mill so i pushed him outside, he was strong enemy even alone but i had already experiance in duels from won tournaments etc.
